| Welcome to our Florida Vacation home. Our luxury vacation property has been designed to provide a standard of furnishing and amenities that rival those found in an upscale hotel. You will find luxury touches such as pillow top mattresses, high pressure multi setting massaging showers, widescreen HDTV's, DVD players and Ipod/MP3 docks throughout the house.
Our aim is to provide the highest possible standard of service and accomodation. We are constantly upgrading the furnishings and amenities to ensure that your vacation is unforgettable. So far in 2008 alone we have added HDTV's and upgraded the bedrooms.
In addition to this we are one of a select handful of communities located right by the Disney parks, as well as a huge choice of shops and restaurants.

For 2008 we have added Ipod/MP3 docking systems in both master bedrooms, and all bathrooms now feature multi-setting oversized massaging showerheads - features in keeping with our philosophy of providing the latest equipment and highest possible level of furnishings and amentites.

Most vacation properties are located somewhere on HWY27. These homes are between 30 and 50 minutes drive from the Disney area (even further from Universal). The owners and management companies of most of these homes will falsely claim to be 10-15 minutes drive from Disney. Sunset Lakes is one of only a handful of vacation communities in which you are literally on Disney's doorstep. See the google earth images here to get an idea of the geography of the area.
The setting within the community is unrivalled. The villa backs directly onto a large lake and its Disney facing aspect allows you to watch hot air balloons overflying Animal Kingdom or the fireworks displays that light up the Magic Kingdom by night. All this can be viewed from the privacy of your own deck complete with a 28ft pool, large jacuzzi spa and outside dining area.
The Villa has been completely remodelled and upgraded in 2007. It is decorated and furnished to a level reserved only for top tier vacation rentals. The house offers full climate control air conditioning throughout which is complemented by large ceiling fans. The Villa is furnished to an executive standard with many upgrades. It has a spacious open plan kitchen, large brand new dining area, family living room, a double garage converted to a full games room with electronic darts, full size table tennis table, a pool table, assorted board games and a playstation2/DVD console. There are four large bedrooms and three full bathrooms - perfect for an extended family. Two of these bedrooms are master suites with one having direct pool access. Two further bedrooms offer en suite access to the third full bathroom. All bedrooms have just been upgraded to the highest standard and feature luxurious pillow top mattresses, with new premium bedding and comforters.
New! WiFi!. We have just installed the latest high speed wireless internet access. This is a maximum coverage router and network which offers ultra high speed access from all rooms and outside areas of the property. The network is fully encrypted and password protected for maximum security.
For your peace of mind and convenience the Villa is managed by a specialist vacation rental company who are on call 24 hours a day should you require assistance or advice.
The Villa meets all Florida state hotel and vacation rental regulations.
