Low Season. (Jan 4-31, Feb, Mar 01-10, Nov, Dec 01-17)
£560 / $900 per week, £85 / $145 per night
Shoulder Season. (Apr 15-30, May, June, Sept, Oct)
£610 / $1000 per week, £95 / $155 per night
High Season. (Mar 11-31, Apr 1-14, Jul, Aug, Dec 18-Jan 3)
£660 / $1090 per week, £105 / $170 per night.
Pool heat (recommended late Nov - Early Mar) £80 / $150 per week.
Note: Rental and pool heat rates include all taxes and fees
Once confirmed by a £100 / $150 deposit all bookings and relevant prices are guaranteed.
The balance of payment will usually be required 8 weeks prior to commencement of stay. A fully refundable security deposit of £150 / $250 will also be required at this time.
Note. there is no minimum stay period but stays of four nights or less will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. (currently $95).
Cancellation policy.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing and will be valid from date of receipt: Cancellation reimbursements are as follows:
Days before commencement of stay:
60+: Full refund less deposit
45-59: 75% refund from full rate
31-44: 50% refund from full rate
30 or less days: 100% cancellation fee applies*
*If an alternative rental is found for the cancelled dates we will refund all monies less the initial deposit.
Responsibilities.
This home is a privately owned home which we use frequently for our own vacations. We ask that you exercise all possible due care and respect, as you would if staying in the home of friends or family.
All persons are responsible for exercising reasonable care of the property. This entails (but is not exclusive to) the locking of all doors and entrances when the property is unoccupied. Ensuring that you and all members of your party exercise due care when using the pool, spa or any appliances and amenities in the house and that you comply with the terms and instructions set out in any owner and management company literature. At the end of the rental period, all utensils, carpets, furnishings, walls, fittings, as well as outside pool and deck area must be left clean and tidy. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify the Management Company immediately of any sudden equipment failure or breakages so that reasonable action can be take to rectify the situation.
Repeat guest discounts.
For any guests who stay in our villa we will offer a 10% discount off any relevant rates for a future stay*.
*To qualify for discount the stay must commence within 12 months of the previous stay. The discount will be deducted from the prevailing rate for the required dates at the time of booking.
"Recommend a friend".
If you recommend our villa to friends or family and they book a stay with us we will send you a cheque equal to a 5% discount off the cost of your stay*.
* To qualify stay must commence no later than 12 months from your date of checkout. 5% discount will be sent upon completion of the recommendees stay and is subject to successfull reimbursement of their security deposit. When booking, guests must provide names and date(s) of stay of the recommender(s)
