The villa boasts approximately 1850sq feet of "under air" living space with a double garage/games room and a large screened pool deck with a private 28ft pool, 6 person jacuzzi/spa and a fan cooled covered outside dining area.

Layout.
The moment you step inside you are greeted by a plush open plan interior. The wide entrance and hallway offer high ceilings and calming tones. There is a large open plan kitchen with all the latest appliances and a spacious breakfast bar area complete with bar stools . A seperate dining room has a large sylish glass table and comfortable oversized seating. The family living area features brand new plush oversized sofas with new tables and lighting and a stunning view out across the pool and the lake. At the front of the house there are two spacious, newly redecorated bedrooms. Each has en suite access to a full bathroom. The second master suite lies across the hall with its own full bathroom. The house has undergone a complete remodel in 2011 which involved upgrading everything from the bathrroms, carpets and tiling to furniture, bedding and entertainment.
Kitchen: Open plan kitchen featuring oversize fridge/freezer with ice maker, double sink and dishwasher, cooker, hob and microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a utility area in the double garage. A raised breakfast bar offers casual dining on high level chairs. Here you will find a telephone with free unlimited domestic and international calls.
Dining Room: Large Brand new glass table with comfortable oversized seating. Full length patio doors open out onto the secluded outside dining area.

There is a wide variety of inflatable loungers and toys for use in the pool. Just outside the pool deck you have a large gas BBQ grill for al freso dining and the whole pool deck area affords stunning views across the lake that backs onto the property.

Games room: Stocked with a full size Table tennis table, high quality pool table,an electronic dart board and Playstation2/DVD console with a large screen TV. There are also assorted board games to choose from. The games room has direct access to the house via a lockable door.
The villa also offers Free high speed internet access with wireless capability. The connection is the fastest currently available and the router offers the strongest signal that covers the entire house and deck.
For young families we also provide a brand new high chair, crib and stroller completely free of charge. If there is more than one infant in your party additional cribs and high chairs can be provided by our management company for a nominal fee.
Security: Your peace of mind is paramount. Sunset Lakes is a fully gated community. Both sets of gates are monitored with coded access. The house iself has a full Brinks alarm system and child alarms on all doors leading to the pool deck.
